TIPS AND NOTES
* Do not add powders to too hot drinks (meals) but to chilled ones to the temperature of consumption
* One teaspoon (tsp) contains about 3 grams of powder
* blendBERRIES powders are rich in fruit acids, which is why they go very well with honey, which we recommend as the first choice sweetener (unless there are health restrictions or other recommendations).

100ml water
3 tablespoon oatmeal
1 tablespoon chia seeds

DIRECTIONS:
Pour hot water over chia seeds and oatmeal and leave to settle for 3 to 5 minutes. Cool with milk, add honey, blendBERRIES powders, and mix the porridge. Garnish with banana rings and serve in a wide bowl. ENJOY!
