The most important phytonutrients of berries (antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, fiber...) are very sensitive to the oxidation process and very unstable at high temperatures. Successful drying of fresh berries as well as obtaining products of high nutritional value are directly conditioned by the provision of process conditions that would offer answers to these two challenging questions.

Inventa Vita was created on the idea of developing a low-temperature drying process (below 50°C during all process phases) with complete discontinuation of berry oxidation without a single additional chemical substance.
